Exercise Roses by Laura Cooper
Laura will perform live from the British Council Building in Bangkok. This is a durational performance in which the audience are invited to come and go, and pass by as the audience in Bangkok pass by the huge glass windows that separate Laura from the outside world.

Discussion with Dr Cormac Power, Mark Hill, Kate Craddock and Tamara Ashley
Dr Cormac Power’s research investigates notions of presence in performance and Mark Hill is currently researching fine art practices and software development. The discussion will address what happens at intersections of technological mediation, technological development and performance that develops specificity in its response to site.

Lag Time by Adrienne Clancy with guest performer
From Washington, DC, Adrienne will perform an improvised score, which will be virtually mediated and caught by a performer in Newcastle. This project develops ideas about consciousness and performance in relation to the theory of Benjamin Libet’s half second lag between the unconscious mind and the conscious mind, and the six second lag that sometimes occurs in the transference of information through the web.
